On Tuesday this week, Nick, Kevin, and Joe Jonas performed a concert in Prague, Czech Republic, as part of their ongoing Jonas Brothers world tour.
The brothers have been touring Europe since Sept. 9 — five months after the shows were memorably rescheduled.
At one point during the Prague show, Nick was filmed abruptly running off stage in a video that has since gone viral online.
As soon as the light is visible on his head, Nick abruptly jumps up and sprints off stage while signaling frantically to his security team.
He can then be seen running backstage alongside a security guard. You can watch the clip for yourself here.
A representative for the venue where the concert was held told Variety that the show was paused for several minutes afterwards.
“We can confirm that the Jonas Brothers’ performance had to be interrupted for several minutes due to the use of a prohibited laser pointer,” they said. “The organizing service responded to this fact. After a few minutes, the band continued their performance.”
The clip, which has amassed over a million views on TikTok alone, has since been described as “unsettling” and “scary” by internet users.
